Bachelors or master's degree in business administration or equivalent education and experience 5+ Years expereince, and proven experience as a BI Data Engineer Industry experience is preferred Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform) framework Knowledge of Oracle SOA (Service Orientated Architecture) is preferred Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI) and data processing frameworks (like Data Factory) Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Proven abilities to take the initiative and be innovative. Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude Experience as a BI Consultant, Data Scientist, or similar role Strong skills in statistics and reporting Very good English communication skills Capable and good team player Experience with Project Management techniques and associated tools Good self-management and coordination skills Ability to work with people across different countries, cultures and at different levels within the company. Good communication and presentation skills Flexible working hours in working remotely and on-site Willing to travel internationally. Good English language skills
