Salesforce Administrator (f/m/d)
As a Salesforce Admin, you will strengthen our delivery team and enable us to deliver best-in-class solutions and drive project value in an efficient and effective manner. You will be part of project and customer teams and your responsibilities will include implementing customer requirements inside the Salesforce ecosystem. To implement these requirements, you will need to elevate declarative features inside Salesforce within the following areas: Requirements and solution design: you work with the project manager and the team to collect requirements and create solutions Configuration and Automation: you provide technical direction on platform configuration and maintenance as well as building and managing system functionality, including workflow, automation and custom configuration Governance: you manage user roles, security settings, profiles and overall user entitlement access Quality Assurance Process: you are responsible for designing, building and automating regression tests, documenting and reporting, to ensure high quality standards Data Management: you analyze/clean/update/upsert data in Salesforce using tools like Talend or Data Loader
At least 2 years' experience implementing, configuring and administrating in an enterprise environment You have solid technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks (including profiles and roles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, workflows, processes, validation rules, approval processes, email alerts, advanced formulas, custom objects, reports, dashboards, page layouts, record types, deployment via Change Sets, Lightning pages and installed packages) You have a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model You are experienced with structured software development methodologies and processes, including testing, change and release management You have profound knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment methods You have the skills to manage and update data in Salesforce You are able to think critically and translate business opportunities into customer-centric solutions You are fluent in English and preferably also in German
