Bachelors' degree or higher degree (University, FH) in science, engineering, or communication with several years of professional experience in the area of software development Experience in supporting software development teams as software quality engineer or scrum master and experiences with various software development tools (e.g., Git or Azure DevOps Server) Knowledge in writing and maintaining software development procedures or guidelines Experience in training people on agile development techniques, software development tools, software development procedures, or guidelines Very good English skills, both written and spoken as well as strong communication skills; German skills are a plus
