Clear understanding of why you want to be a leader and what sets you apart Bachelor's degree in computer science, physics, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience Several years of experience leading software engineering teams (e.g. mentoring junior engineers, setting technical direction, etc.) Your personal strengths include the ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and organizational skills Track record of delivering software solutions with high business value in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills as well as technical knowledge, especially in the area of R&D of large manufacturing companies Experience in an international environment with teams from multiple countries is extremely beneficial Agile practitioner with first-hand experience Fluent English and good German language skills
