IT Process & Transformation Manager (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

Monitor & optimize business processes, identify possible improvements & drive the implementation Coordinate all aspects of a process implementation, from initial planning and scoping to final delivery and evaluation Liaise between different stakeholders within and outside the IT department, verify requirements are collected and managed in a structured way, and manage the project/process implementation from start to finish Ensure that all quality-relevant processes related to changes are documented so they are compliant with relevant regulations and standards Drive automation for our business processes and design & implement automated solutions
