Drive the creation of a digital / data / diagnostics offerings in CCV Support strategy development and execution of digital / data / diagnostics offerings in CCV Analyze market trends and customer needs Ensure holistic approach across all 3D value offerings in CCV Representing the Voice of Customer Drive the identification and development of use case and business cases Evaluate business and pricing models Develop and communicate product vision, roadmaps and features Holistic responsibility for outcome, ROI - meeting business goals End-2-End responsibility for product (from ideation to rollout and sustaining) Contribution in a product marketing plan (value proposition, target markets, positioning) Cooperation with internal and external partners (e.g., portfolio, business development, strategy, marketing, commercials, medical office, regulatory and quality, DSS) Collaboration with engineering teams to get product built Working with customers, key opinion leaders Competitors evaluation and benchmarking Supporting / creation go-to-market strategies and market introductions Managing the product lifecycle and technology adoption curve Identify and work with cooperation partners
Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or similar Several years of experience in the MedTech sector, preferably in a product management, program management, product owner or user experience role Product management expertise, including upstream marketing Experience and understanding of all phases of product development lifecycle (Medtech, Digital) Good understanding of relevant technology, trends, protocols, data analytics, connectivity solutions Solid knowledge of digital healthcare space, spanning from differentiated market segments (developed and developing) to geographical variances Fluent in English Willingness to travel
