Senior Sales Manager Germany (m/w/d) PC Equipments and Accessoires
Identify client business needs to build and drive sales pipeline to deliver monthly sales quotas Develop the Sales, Profitability and Brand Awareness Acquire directly Corporate Customers Develop relationship with partners (distributors, resellers) on highest level Manage Product Planning activities and Price Protections in line with objectives Define the product requirements of the German market Work closely with the following departments; Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, and other sales teams for the purpose of ensuring the best team spirit using the best practises en all EMEA Manage Sell-in/sell out activities, customer allocation and stock Forecast sales objectives and ensure they are fulfilled by the business development team
University degree or equivalent 5+ years' experience in Sales of IT equipment & accessories Several years of professional experience & proven track record in the areas of B2B sales development or lead generation (IT / resellers / distributors) Experience in working in International Environment and Companies A strong network of the enterprise customers Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines. Ability to close deals from start to finish with a deep understanding/knowledge of the IT industry. Entrepreneur mindset with a hands-on mentality. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills Significant amount of domestic travel Fluent in English and German, French is a plus
