Software Trainer & Training Designer (f­­/­­m­­/­­d)

Master degree in natural science, computer science or communication or equivalent life experience Several years of experience in executing and developing training courses for software products, including documentation design and maintenance General knowledge of industrial manufacturing environments preferred General knowledge of relational database structures or similar concepts Interested in the latest developments in the field of training and IT A customer-focused mindset and empathy Analytical and problem-solving skills and organizational talent Ability to work in a global and virtual team Desire and ability to speak in front of large groups of people with varying skill levels and positions of responsibility Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools Willingness to travel Very good communication skills in English are a must, other languages are a plus
