As the main point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders, you are responsible for the functional leadership of the Poject Management team . Your main responsibilities include: Implement and assure compliance with company-wide project management standards . You are also responsible for the implementation of the agreed standards with our subcontractors in the project Work closely with the DolWin5 Project Management team as well as with the PMO team of the project to ensure the exchange with the company-wide LPO-PMO team Control the interfaces between the project management and the technical areas of the project. Ensure efficient schedule monitoring and tracking of interfaces within the project as well as with our external partners. Implement and further develop project control and progress measurement tools, as well as Internal project processes Monitor and execute relevant contract annexes Collaborate with LPO-PMO and other units/teams on topcis that go beyond the project , e.g. the implementation and execution of TenneT project management standards. Ensure continuous knowledge exchange and transfer from and to other projects Implement project management tools in collaboration with LPO-PMO to increase internal project efficiency Lead and support negotiations within the scope of the role Support the management and further development of the project manual
